A new face of property agency with a dream to make a difference and transform people's lives through property industry. In the spirit of making dreams come true, we attempted to capture U Pro's spirits which later to be translated into the designs and coaching programs.
The logo itself derives from 'unity' and 'you' that's become the main focus. The choice of color scheme and the overall style are seamlessly reflected U Property's DNA such as, integrity, people-concerned, and friendly.
WHAT WE DO
The "U" Mission
As a group of people who yearned to run a company with the right system and mindset, U Property wanted to build an environment where everybody thrives. Since the mission is to make a difference in the property industry, we had to convey the message boldly to the public. Working alongside a group of inspiring people made the process encouraging, challenging and fun at the same time. Starting off with visual concept, our designer came up with a logo that resembles a handshaped letter "U", which is quite simple yet catchy. After shaping the brand personality, we manifest them into a series of marketing tools, collaterals, and other media.
Spreading The Wave of Change
As a new company that breathes a fresh image of property agency in Surabaya, U Property boldly exhibits its identity through a complete visual branding. The DNA, positive energy, and tailor-made culture along with the vision which were intangible are now embodied and permanently manifested before our eyes. The greatest thing is, these visual appeals are not just about the design. But more than that, the idea behind them transcends in the work ethics in real life day-to-day situations.
